Reiki

It's gentle hands on healing technique treating the whole person and creating many beneficial effects, including relaxation as well as feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Also very good way to load energy into your whole body and muscles, highly beneficial for people who do lots of sports.
The treatment involves a series of hand positions along the person's body, not necessarily just where the problem is. These hand positions include the head, the chest, the stomach, the upper leg, knees, lower leg, and then the ankles and feet. These are the standard positions for the healing treatment, but the practitioner will also use a more intuitive method which allows them to treat areas where they feel energy is needed.

Crystal Therapy
The Resonance Crystal Healing technique is based on the laying on of semiprecious and precious stones, where crystals are placed upon a person around the Chakras and any other areas of the body which require healing. The body then uses the vibrations of the crystals as tuning fork and resonates in harmony with them to promote balance and health. Each type of crystal resonates at a particular vibration according to its structure, composition and colour. These vibrations correlate to various parts of the body and emotions, and are able to give mental, spiritual and physical healing whilst helping the body to come back into balance at the healthy vibration.
During a Crystal Therapy session the patient may lie clothed on a comfortable bed or on a table. Stones of specific colour, pattern or type can be placed around the body, or on specific energy points. Stones may stay on sites of pain for 30 to 40 minutes. When a crystal or stone is held or topically applied, a person is accepting the vibrations that the gem has to offer, either intentionally or unconsciously. The interaction between the vibrations of the crystals and the vibrations of the person's body will trigger a series of responses including creating a spontaneous energy or vibrating flow.

Crystal Workshop
During this whole day work shop you learn all the basic knowledge how to work and play with your crystals. It is a day of fun with the like minded people starting with the beautiful shamanic drumming meditation to create a safe healing and learning space for everyone in the group. During the day you will be tapping into the crystal energy, and you will practice cleansing your crystals with different methods, as well as meditating and connecting with your crystals. You will also learn some basic knowledge about healing techniques and some chakra layouts for balancing and charging your body, mind, spirit, plus much more .
